The service

Harmonia Wisdom is a philosophy learning app for iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, Android, and Android TV. A free tier is available to everyone on every platform. On iOS, iPadOS, and Android, additional content and features can be unlocked with Harmonia Premium; the Apple TV and Android TV apps are free in their entirety in this version and do not offer any purchases.

Subscriptions, lifetime purchase & the free trial

• On iOS, iPadOS, and Android, Harmonia Premium is available as a monthly ($4.99) or annual ($29.99) auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase (currently $79.99), which is not a subscription and never renews. Both the subscriptions and the Lifetime purchase unlock the same Premium features. Prices are set and localized by the App Store and Google Play, vary by region, and the price shown to you at checkout is the price that governs.
• The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers; the monthly plan and the Lifetime purchase do not include a trial. When the trial ends, the annual subscription starts at the annual price and renews automatically. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends: on the App Store, at least 24 hours before it ends; on Google Play, at any time before it ends.
• The Lifetime purchase price may increase over time, and the Lifetime option may be withdrawn in the future — if that happens, Premium remains available through the monthly or annual subscription. Any later price change or withdrawal does not affect a Lifetime purchase you have already made.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account. Manage or cancel anytime: iOS — Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; Android — Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.
• Premium is tied to the store you bought it from: a purchase on the App Store does not unlock Premium on Android, and a purchase on Google Play does not unlock it on iPhone or iPad.

Fair use & content

• The app's content — biographies, essays, translations, curation, and design — is our copyrighted work or is used under license. Historical quotations themselves belong to the ages; our arrangements, translations, and commentary do not.
• You may export your own saved content for personal use (e.g., to Obsidian or Notion). You may not scrape, bulk-extract, resell, or redistribute the content database.
• The app offers philosophical and educational content. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and is no substitute for professional help.

Apple standard EULA

For app copies obtained through the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms.

Warranty & liability

The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects the rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
